Mission: Captain Career Training Department develops and educates Logistics Company Grade Officers to serve as company commanders, and brigade and battalion staff officers in order to enable Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) in a multi-domain (MDO) environment.

LOG-C3 is 20 weeks and 3 days and is broken down into three phases. LOG-C3 provides company grade officers with an advanced learning environment focused on staff officer planning, company command, multi-functional logistics at the tactical and operational levels, and exposure to Unified Action Partners (UAP).

Educational Outcomes: Plan and lead logistics operations at the tactical level to support combined arms maneuver and small-scale movement within the context of operational and strategic environments:

• Design a concept of support for an ABCT as part of LSCO in a MDO environment at the tactical level.
• Manage logistics operations at the tactical level during LSCO.
• Command logistics companies as part of LSCO in a MDO environment.
